AUTOMATIC WEIGHING MACHINE MOD. PU-12 INOX

Fruits coming from a traditional type supply system or with an accumulation store head towards the weighing machine, either directly or via pneumatic paddle that operates automacally in such way to maintain a constant level of fruit in the weighing machine, or altermativey with a machine or placed between the arriving supply and the device in order to regulate fruit supply to device.

Once the fruit is in the hopper, it is taken to the rung lifter which is placed at an angle that dependes on that the caracteristics of the fruit or object allow. It lifts the fruits from the hopper to the vibration channels, so that its stopping and starting movement is controlled in order to maintain a constant quantity on the vibrators. These vibrators supply the electronic scales and long the partial weights of a preestabilished total. In accordande with the combinatoria analysis of the computer, the fruits are then unloaded into the unload conveyors. These remain inactive while the programmed weight is built up on their surface, starting up when this weight is reached and transfering the load to a net bag closing machine on one side or to a sack/bagging machine on the other.
