PRODUCTS:
Fruits or vegetables whose shape or volume allow a processing by this machine, such as, for exemple, oranges, lemons, grapefruits, mandarines, tomatoes, appls, peaches, avocados.
This machine is ready to carry out theere different functions:
   a) Weighing.
   b) Couting.
   c) Both, weighing and counting
The programming at each counting:
   -Minimal weight and same tolerance.
   -Minimal weight and different tolerande.
   -Different weight and same tolerande.
   -Different weight and different tolerance.

PERFORMANCE:
To 70 weights/minute, depending fundamentally on the type of manufacturing, tolerance and units per kg. Automatical regulation of the entering fruit quantity with regard to the weighed nets and the returned fruits, so that these are reduced to minimum.

ESTATIC SELECTING AND WEINGHING MACHINE MOD. PSE-8

The fruits arrive through any traditional feeding system at the weighin chute, from there they are extracted and elevated by means of rotative roller elevator which places and ranges tre fruit in files and rows, so that a final reviewcan take place before the fruits are weighed.

This elevator paces the fruits on a synchronized star from which they come to the weighing cup. Once weghed, the star takes the fruit up and places it on a cup lifter whose task is to transport the fruit from the lower weighing level to the outloading conveyor belts.

These belts are at a standstill while the preestablished weights of the fruits on the surface of the belt are reached. Once the weight is obtained, the belts are set in motion and carry the fruits to the exits where two equal or different packaging machines are working at the same time.

Once the fruit has been placed on the weighing cup, it is weighed in a static posituin trough a high precision loading cell, which registers its weight by means of a processor that accumulates the weight of the fruits until the previously porgrammed total weight is reacched, including the tolerance limits. In case that some fruits do not fit in the total weight, these are sent bach to the feeding chute in order to start process again from the beginning with the next load.
