Fruits coming from a conventional feeding system or from an accumulator, fill the weigher feeding hopper, this hopper has a maximum capacity control. From this hopper, the product is elevated by an inclined belt conveyor. This conveyor has on both sides a rubber protusion to avoid bruises on the fruit.

In this way we elevate the fruits from the loading level to the convenient height.

The product discharge is gentle made over the vibrating distribution system. This system feeds 10 vibrating channels. Under the processor control, these channels feed each one a scale-hopper. Once the scale-hopper is filled , it is quickly weighed and according to the combinational algorithm the actual dose is calculated. The selected scale-hoppers are gently dropped to an intermediate hopper to diminish the drop and accelerate the overall speed. From the intermediate hopper the doses are discharged on the discharge conveyors to the coupled closing machine.
