The fruit arrives at the collecting hopper of the P.D.M., further having been processed and sorted. The conveyor, located at the bottom of this hopper, can be foot-activated to convey the producto to the receiver balance. Once the needed fruit has been weighted, releasing the pressure, made on the pedal, enables the conveyor.

      The whole of fruits already weighted is siftly dropped on the conveyor, which runs uniformly at stopping and starting intervals. The set of fruit to be packed is then conveyed and dropped into the tube of the clipper; automatically the net is clipped and the label placed.
