Essential for getting an optimum performance out packaging machines such as couting machines and weighers.

      This accumulator, unlike the standard ones, has the characteristic of accumulating the product so that the first piece to be dropped in it, is the first to be taken out. It is made up of the container and one at the bottom. This permits to avoid bruiser onthe producto to be packed.

      On its upper part, we can find a conveyor fully guided by a sliding system. On its front part, below the drive shaft, a wedge shape plate acts as a barrier and is shifted at the same time that the conveyor which is moved, by a rack and gear system, for and backwards depending on the amount of product accumulated in the container and controlled by a level photoswich. A second level photoswitch, located in the feeding hopper of the coupled machine, controls the outfeet belt which conveys the product faster than the one on the main container. This system permits to achieve a top performance and automation without bruising the porduct.

      The FIFO ACUMULATOR is prepared to be interconnected to a pneumatic flaps system linked in an industrial network; so as to achieve, in a complete integrated process, a perfect uniformity in the fruit lilling and distribution.
