AUTOMATIC BOING MACHINE. FUNCTION
The great advantage offrered by this
machine is that it can make boxes with or without upper atris, affecting
the productivity slightly in the first of these cases as compared with
the second case.
TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
Fruits arrve either directly from
calibrator (whether nechanical or electronic) or via a regulating fruit
accumulator, that supplies a regular and constan suply fruit to the
receiving chute of the automatic boxer.
Whe the fruit arrives in the chute it is headed in suitable way to the
alignement and separation channels, at the end of which the fruit can be
taken in complete rows of minimun or 3 items and a maximun of 8, and put
inside the box.
The
box is placed on a mechanical device that moves in several different
directions.. When the box has bean filled it is placed on a conveyor
that is the same as used for supplyng the empty boxex, and the full
boxes are taken away.

Both in either 15 or 10 kilogram versions..
