Fully automatic machine for the packaging of fruit and vegetables or manufactured goods. The bag is formed from calendered net on roll made of a tough plastic material. A tube gives a tubed-shape to the fabric forming a net sleeve which is heat-sealed, in its length, by a sealing film at the same time as the net comes out.

      Once the net sleeve is formed, the product to be packed is placed into the form-fill tube, and the required length of net for the package is extracted. Then, on each side of the net sleeve, two pieces of plastic film are added and heat-sealed tothe net, The bottom of the bag is then formed by the top seal and the fill-opening, where holes are punched forming a handle for an easy-carring of the bag, by the botton seal.

      Advertisements can be pr-printer on the plastic films placed on the front on the back of the bag, and the label, with the product caracteristics, can be pasted on one side or on the other.

      OPTIONS:
      It is possible to apply diferent type of printing, the options for both sides of the bag are as follows:
      a) Printing by thermic transfer on plastic films.
      b) Thermic printing on self-adhesive labels.
