This machine can pack from 5 to 25 Kg., depending mainly oon the size of the spools avaible on the market, generally of 3, 5, 10, 15 or 25 Kg.

Depending on the size of the bags:
      5 kg = 20 minute
    10 kg = 17 minute
    15 kg = 14 minute
    25 kg = 10 minute
It depends also on the product and the kind of sewing.

Electronic with microporcessor.

Automatical. The sewer incoporadted to the machine is of the brand FISBHER Mod. 2000

AUTOMATICAL BAG-PACKING MACHINE STARTING FROM SPOOL MOD. LLCS-INOX

Technological process:
Starting fron the net spools Rachel with pre-shaped bags that are placed on the machine, and tensed and guided by it, the material is partially cut in transversal direction to the running of the spool, then the upper part of it is opened and receives the product and the opening is sewen aghain together with a plastic band with the normalization and publicy of the product. Afterwards, another hot cuttings off the back part of the following bag, so that the full bag is separated from the packing machine.

Complementary elements:
   Marking system:
      a) Ink jet printer on the middle laminate where the publicity is shown.
      b) Printer of self-adhesive labels that fixes the labels on the bags with the relevant device.
