Usually, registered films for the fresh produce packing include a visible spot in the printing to allow machinery detecting it. Once this spot is detected by the bagging machine, point where to cut the film is defined. Nevertheless, visible spots are affecting the appearance of the message and sometimes are difficult to be detected. Giró has developed and patented the new Spot-Less System which avoids the use of visible spots and increases reliability and precision in the film centring by the machine.
